After you have tried finding a job on your own and have not had any success, or if you are completely overwhelmed by the entire process, you know it is time to reach out and start talking to a Career Coach. A coach will help you figure it out, whether it means re-vamping your resume, updating your LinkedIn page, prepping for interviews, searching for job opportunities, or supporting you.
An experienced career coach has a background in human resources, recruitment, headhunting, etc., and takes their expertise, experience, and knowledge to help individuals advance in their careers.
Our service is designed to be flexible and adaptable. We offer three distinct packages, each of which can be customized to the client's unique needs. This customization process ensures that you receive the support you need to advance in your career.
No problem starting with one package and adding on additional services to meet my client's needs.
With 26 years of experience in the staffing industry, I have successfully placed individuals in both temporary and permanent scientific positions. In 2017, I founded this company with the mission of helping individuals advance in their careers. Many of my clients seek my assistance when they feel overwhelmed by the career change process. I provide comprehensive support, from resume updates to LinkedIn usage, interview preparation, and career exploration.
My clients have included stay-at-home parents who have taken a break from their careers, company presidents and CEOs, everyone in between, and clients in almost all industries.
My process begins with an introductory call, during which I take the time to understand my clients' needs and goals. I also use this opportunity to explain my approach and fees, allowing clients to make an informed decision about whether I'm the right career coach for them.
Package 1—We start by determining my client's goals and the best direction to achieve them. Then, we created an updated resume and LinkedIn page to accomplish those goals.
Package 2—Again, figuring out my client's goals and the best direction to get them there. I start this process by creating an updated resume and LinkedIn Page, then prepping for interviews with lots of role-playing. Next, I teach my clients how to search for opportunities and the best way to apply to positions to "get your resume noticed," along with weekly coaching sessions. I work with my clients until a job is offered, help negotiate salary and benefits, and read over employee offer letters.
Custom Package – We schedule hourly calls to work on specific areas needing more attention, such as interview preparation. I teach my clients how to respond to typical and behavioral interview questions, what questions to ask in the interview, how to prepare for an interview, and what to expect with each round of interviews.
