After retiring from my role as a head hunter, I wanted to use the experience, knowledge, and expertise I had gained over the years to help others advance in their careers. Now, I leverage this expertise to guide my clients through career transitions, whether re-entering the workforce, changing jobs, or switching industries.
It starts with an introductory call, during which I learn more about my client’s work history, education, accomplishments, skills, goals, motivations, values, and problem areas. Then, I devised a plan to move ahead and address everything we need to work on together.
